Admin fees for setting up a tenancy are not charged to tenants, any referencing fees etc are charged to the landlords
Early Termination fees
If due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to leave the property before the expiration of the Tenancy subject to the Landlord’s written agreement, we would be willing under your written instructions re-advertise the property for re-let. There would, of course be a charge for this service (please contact the office for more details). Should it not be possible to relet the property, you will still be responsible for the rent and any associated bills until the new tenants have taken up occupation of the property or until the original tenancy termination date, whichever is sooner.
Changing an agreement
If there is a change to be made to the original tenancy agreement, such as removal of a tenant or adding a new tenant then a fee of £50 is payable by the tenant.
If keys are lost and need replacing including any security devices and parking permits a charge will be made for this.
